Please also note that we are in a rural location. Public transport is extremely limited and we are not within walking distance of any amenities, although Dursley is just a 5 minute drive away.

Guests have exclusive use and privacy in the lake gardens, and are able to explore the hidden tunnels and landscape of its Grade I surroundings.

This stunning accommodation is situated within the grounds of a beautiful private estate in the Cotswolds “an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB)". Guests have exclusive use and privacy in the lake gardens, and are able to explore the hidden tunnels and landscape of its Grade I surroundings.

Cancellation Policy

Accepted Answer

100% refund if cancelled 90 days or more prior to your arrival and no refund if cancelled less than 90 days before your arrival. For those stays cancelled less than 90 days before arrival we will remarket the property and a refund will only be given for any days rebooked by other guests.
