Outside, there is a large courtyard to the front, and to the rear, an expansive lawn overlooks the estate.

Public transport is extremely limited and we are not within walking distance of any amenities, although Dursley is just a 5 minute drive away. Guests have exclusive use and privacy in the lake gardens, and are able to explore the hidden tunnels and landscape of its Grade I surroundings.
